The furniture Is beautiful we love it! However the transaction was not as smooth as We expected! after waiting 3 weeks for the furniture to arrive we received the the wrong items! not the power recliners that we ordered, we had to wait 3 more weeks to get the correct items but not, the cable to power the love seat was missing, not delivered, then wait 2 more weeks for the cable to arrive, we were without any furniture for many weeks that is unacceptable, all those mistakes! We are very appreciative for the delivery crew they are wonderful! very nice and very proffetional! Customer Service was very good!
