Thank you so much for delivering the sofa by the weekend as requested. We were so pleased with the professionalism and dedication of the two men who delivered it to us. It didn't immediately fit through the designated door and they did a lot of checking around, took a door off the hinges, etc, to get it eventually into the room. We are very grateful that they took the time and interest to help us in this way, and they were very pleasant about it all. We hope that this message will find its way to their supervisor.
