I dealt with David Revaza extensively via email and phone, because every time he answered one question I thought of 3 more! He was ALWAYS polite, professional and PROMPT in responding. I wanted to take advantage of coupons as well as a rebate program my credit card company was offering and it turned out I had to order on Thanksgiving day -- David actually came into the office and helped me place the order! One week later it all arrived in excellent condition. The drivers worked for hours assembling everything. I was really concerned since buying it merely from an online photo is a leap of faith, but the price was INCREDIBLE and between the coupon and the free shipping and assembly, it was a steal! But the best part is the quality of the furniture doesn't suggest that it's such a good price -- it's REALLY nice quality, and the colors were what I expected (which is hard to pull off when all you have to go by is a picture online). I HIGHLY recommend this site. What a FANTASTIC experience!
