I'm giving it three stars because it's not a true charcoal (grey) as it appears in the picture. It has some brownish undertones that you should consider if you have a particular design scheme. Thankfully mine is flexible. There was also an additional delivery charge from the delivery company that was not mentioned by the Furniture Depot rep. So make sure you ask if your apartment is higher than the second floor.
